ISO639-1: Codes for the Representation of Names of Languages

Submitted by daniel.brough on Tue, 08/06/2021 - 11:40

ISO 639-1 is the first part of the ISO 639 international-standard language-code family. ISO 639-1 provides two-character lowercase alphabetic strings that serve as identifiers of languages. All ISO 639-1 languages also have ISO 639-2 three-character code representations. These codes are linked to codes for the same languages in ISO 639-2 and the MARC Language Codes.

Definitions Register

The Register that lists all AGLDWG Definitions.

This Register contains both Ontologies and Vocabularies. It will also include future types of definitional resources, perhaps Profiles etc.

Top-Level Register

Submitted by admin on Thu, 15/04/2021 - 12:45

The Register that lists other Registers.

This is the "top-level" AGLDWG Register within the linked.data.gov.au namespace.

This register, according to many RESTful design patterns, could have been placed at / (i.e. linked.data.gov.au/) but this is technically difficult to implement in parallel with the AGLDWG website, so /reg/ has been selected.
