The Register that lists other Registers.
This is the "top-level" AGLDWG Register within the linked.data.gov.au namespace.
This register, according to many RESTful design patterns, could have been placed at / (i.e. linked.data.gov.au/) but this is technically difficult to implement in parallel with the AGLDWG website, so /reg/ has been selected.
